STEP 1 · Open Account Settings in the top-right corner while logged in. It shows the plan, renewal timing, and expiration date. 1

STEP 2 · A finished cancellation sends a confirmation email. If that email never arrives, the cancellation was not completed. 1

STEP 3 · Not listed as a labeled Cancel button on this help article. 1

The monthly plan runs on a 4-week cycle (28 days), from the timestamp of the first payment. 1

Refunds cannot be issued if more than 7 days have passed since account creation, even if you tried to cancel before a renewal. 1

Choosing a subscription extension instead of finishing cancellation reactivates the subscription when the extension ends. 1
