How to cancel Teal.

STEP 1 · Open account settings and click Teal+ Subscription. 1

STEP 2 · Cancel the paid subscription from that screen. 1

STEP 3 · Confirm the red banner under the current plan. It shows the date the account returns to the free plan. 1

You can submit the cancellation at any time. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 1

Teal says it is not responsible for recurring charges if a member does not cancel. 1

A refund is only considered inside the plan's eligibility timeframe. 1

Next time, pay once. One-time payment. No surprise charges.
